THE Ray White Commercial Western Sydney team are pleased to announce the arrival of a star performer as AlanJames takes the reins as Director – Commercial Leasing.

Mr James brings with him 15 years of leasing experience, from London to Australia, and has big aspirations for the growth of his new team.

“Ray White Commercial Western Sydney is a rapidly growing business with a dynamic team and I’ll be increasing their presence in the office leasing markets across the region,” he said.

“With the continued development of the Parramatta office market as Sydney’s second CBD, which will reach one million square metres by 2022, there’s great growth potential for this enterprising business.

“Other commercial markets also set to grow in importance include; Liverpool, Penrith and Norwest, and there’s the ability for this office to grow with them.

“My plans are to elevate the Ray White Commercial presence in the commercial office leasing markets across Western Sydney.

“I look to bring an extra layer of experience which will service our clients, providing them expert advice from enhancing their asset’s presence in the market, maximising investment value and ultimately securing more tenants into their buildings.

“I would like to think after nine years in the market I’ve a strong knowledge of all the commercial markets in Western Sydney, from Parramatta to Penrith, understanding the market trends, tenant drivers and future growth.

“Although a small team, I’ve always been impressed by the Ray White Commercial Western Sydney presence in the market, as well as the strong results they’ve delivered.

“I know there’s a desire to grow the business across Western Sydney and I’m looking to play a strong part in that success over the next five to 10 years, and beyond.
