Ray White Commercial Western Sydney strengthened by development expert

The powerhouse team at Ray White Commercial Western Sydney continues to strengthen as Troy Wang joins the team as a development expert.

Originally from China but living in Sydney for the past 12 years, Mr Wang has almost a decade of experience working in the development sector.

“I have nine years’ working experience in local development companies,” he said.

“My role was focusing on land acquisition, feasibility studies, DA application management, and assisting with the project funding.

“I started my career as a residential salesman 10 years ago, after which my mentor took me into the development section and I found my passion in development site acquisition.

“In the past nine years, I have assisted two development companies acquire and complete a range of projects, from luxury house to high rise apartments.”

Combining his experience as a sales agent and his work with development companies, Mr Wang said he is excited to join the Ray White Commercial Western Sydney sales team targeting development sites.

“The Ray White Commercial Western Sydney team have performed very well in the past several years,” he said.

“I had dealt with the team in my previous company and I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism they equipped during the process.

“Over the next 12 months I aim to build up my network, add value to the team, and get as many deals done as possible.”

Ray White Commercial Western Sydney managing director Peter Vines welcomed Mr Wang to the team.

“Troy’s knowledge and experience in the development sector will be an absolute asset to our team here in western Sydney as the region continues to grow and attract plenty of interest from developers. ,” Mr Vines said.

When he’s not working on property deals, Mr Wang  enjoys getting outdoors and staying active.

“I’m a big fan of basketball,” he said.

“I also spend some time fishing and snorkelling during weekends.”
