Aldi to check out as Auburn store site hits the market for upward of $15M

BUYERS have the chance to hit the checkouts as ALDI in Auburn is listed for sale with a price guide of upward of $15,000,000 at 6-10 Harrow Road.

The property, that is set on 3,889sq m* of land is zoned B4 Mixed-Use and has an FSR of 5:1. The height is also proposed to increase from 38 to 55 metres. Aldi will cease trade on the site on 25 November this year.

Aldi is about to finish a fit-out at their new home just down the road in the booming Auburn Central which is owned by Elanor Funds Management and they will commence trading on 26 November 2020.

The asset will be marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Western Sydney Managing Director Peter Vines and Directors Victor Sheu and Joseph Assaf.

“We anticipate extremely strong demand for the property given its location and the lack of stock available for developers,” Mr Vines said.

“The property is incredibly well located on a prime corner site and is just a short walk from the station and Auburn Central,” Mr Sheu said.

“The site will give someone an opportunity to deliver an incredible mixed-use development supported by prime retail underneath,” Mr Assaf said.

The property is being marketed and sold via an expressions of interest that closes on Thursday 26 November at 3pm.
