James has over 6 years experience in real estate in both residential and commercial asset management, actively managing assets located from the outer reaches of the Western Sydney region across to Sydney CBD. James excels at building trust-based relationships, leveraging on his personable approach to real estate, while focusing on delivering detail oriented, positive results for his clients no matter the challenge.

Prior to joining the team at Ray White Commercial Western Sydney, James had sole responsibility for the management of a prominent South West Sydney portfolio of retail and commercial industrial assets during the tumultuous COVID pandemic and lockdown periods. He thrived under the pressure that the pandemic caused, and delivered positive results beyond the expectations of his clients. Despite the challenges that COVID presented, James was acutally able to develop and improve on their investments during that difficult time.

Born and bred in Western Sydney, James has witnessed the growth of the area over the decades, and firmly believes in the bright future of the region.
