Joseph Assaf

Joseph has spent his career building a reputation across Western Sydney, particularly Parramatta and the surrounding region, on a foundation of honesty, transparency and consistency. He's played an integral part in some of the area's major commercial sales and leasing transactions, transacting over $1 billion in commercial property across the region, and it shows in a client base built largely on repeat business and referrals.

Joseph reads opportunities early, and helps clients position for both immediate return and longer-term growth potential, backed by negotiation skills and marketing campaigns tailored to each asset rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

His performance has been recognised at both state and national levels. In 2024, he received the REINSW Award for Excellence – Commercial Salesperson of the Year and was recognised by REA as one of Australia's leading commercial agents.
